Not only regular guests, friends and epicureans but also prominent personalities from throughout the world have visited Cobenzl such as John F. Kennedy, Queen Elizabeth II, Marschall Tito, Robert Stolz, Sir Elton John, Kofi Annan, and also the pop group The Backstreet Boys.
Already in the years before the World Wars several world renowned and influential people used the rich diversity of the Cobenzl castle, for example Johann Strauss and Siegmund Freud. This tradition is continued to this day by modern artists and politicians such as Resi Stolz, Heinz Conrads, Ex Prime Minister Franz Vranitzky, …. and the list is almost never ending with names of those who have honoured the Cobenzl with their visit.
They all came and still come to enjoy the guest friendly atmosphere and the exceptional view.
